Phosphoro is the revolution in renting.
We were born in Trento in August 2000, probably the first Italian website dedicated to real estate ads. While others focused solely on online visibility, we made a different choice: closely managing properties, from staging to promotion, from check-in to payment management, from utilities to maintenance. In this way, we have developed solid and concrete know-how throughout the entire rental chain, which we now want to make available to our users.
This expertise, gained in almost 25 years of fieldwork, is the foundation on which we built this site. We have transformed what we have learned into an advanced platform, able to combine the simplicity of a portal with the operational depth of a professional management system.
Our goal is to make tools and procedures accessible to everyone — individuals, real estate agencies, small operators, and managers — that until yesterday were reserved for the big players in the sector.
To do this, we have developed proprietary technologies such as Roomanager and SmartLink, an innovative system we are patenting that changes the way of renting: faster, safer, more transparent.
