Located in the Alice for Students Residence at Viale Trento 41, this self-contained unit measures 31 m² and features one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchen/diner. It is located on the first floor with a lift.
The house also features a TV, gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.
