Ciao, mi chiamo Luca e abito in un appartamento nel centro di Bologna con la mia compagna Rejane, abbiamo una stanza singola ben arredata a disposizione per una ragazza, NON FUMATRICE, corretta e sim*****.Il prezzo è di 400 euro mensili, più le spese di riscaldamento, energia elettrica, telefono, che dipendono, chiaramente, dai consumi. La casa è tranquillissima,abbiamo tv,dvd,connessione internet adsl flat,lavatrice, c'è un meraviglioso e grande terrazzo pieno di piante, la casa è completa di tutto e si vive in armonia. La stanza sarà disponibile, anche per brevi periodi (settimane, giorni)a partire dal 1° settembre 2012.

Hi, my name is Luca and I live in the centre of Bologna in a beautiful apartment with my girlfriend Rejane, we have a completely furnished single room to offer to a single no-smoking nice and honest girl. We have a big living room with Tv, dvd and cd player, internet, two bathrooms, washing machine, the kitchen. The rent is 400 euros per month, plus expenses (heating during winter time, electricity, telephone, water) that depend on our consume. Here we have a very calm atmosphere, it’s a very quiet place, with a lovely big terrace full of plants and we live in harmony. The room will be free from 1st of September 2012, even for short periods . We speak Italian, English and Portuguese. What do you think about it?
