Lingotto area - Via Tibone, very near subway and bus lines 1,18,35 and Politecnico (Lingotto). Three rooms (single or double) to let, completely furnished with Ikea furniture. Very quiet (but lively) and enjoyable area, full of shops, supermarkets and commercial centre. Available from 6 to 12 months (tipically from september) with regular contract to students (including Erasmus) and workers. The owner lives inside one room, but being 3 rooms there is still possibility to choose. Only rent starting from € 250 (the smallest single room) to € 320 (the biggest room with parquet), possibility of single/double room. Very low bills. Independent heating and gas (depending on use). Possibility of high speed Fastweb internet to be discussed. No smokers preferred or light smokers only (but very polite). Only serious people please. Thanks.
