We are currently looking for clean, responsible Professionals, Graduate or PhD and visiting professors. Your gender is unimportant.
The room is isolated from the rest of the apartment by a corridor. Everything is included: utilities, laundry, internet, etc. More often than not there is food on the table if you are not that good at cooking. The tenant is a 50 years old professional that speaks fluently French and a little bit of English.
You have to understand this is not a normal room for rent but a well furnished apartment, with all the utilities and charm of a proper home. No dirty walls, no century old appliances that fall into pieces, no strange smells or noises. The apartment is located on the last floor of a well placed condo, between St.Mark Place and the Biennale.
We request the people looking for rent to be educated and respectful of the place and neighbours. In exchange of that we offer a quiet place where to study and rest after work, a 400 sf terrace and the feeling of living in a home. The price is firm and we give priority to long rents.
All applicants should first see the place and meet Donatella Speranza Keller (+39********** fluent in French, friendly and basic English). In order to set an appointment send an email at info(at)*******.com or call the numbers. Better if you do both.
The San Zaccaria waterbus stop is just 5 minutes away. Its the closest thing to a central station of Venezias transportation system. The Alilaguna connection from and to the airport stops there too. There are boats running all night.

The supermarket is 1 minute away (really). Also the area is more "Venetian" than the usual tourist trap. There are shops, bars and artisans workshops. It feels lively and there havent been a serious crime committed in the area for the last hundred years (yes, its that safe).
Your residency will be registered at the police station.
